JJC took on a project in lucan county Dublin this project was to restore a house that had been rented for 16years as you can imagine this house was not left in condition for resale or even re rentable our client Mrs. Jennings aim was to invest in the property to bring it to the market and sell which we were happy to do again in our portfolio the pictures speak volumes of our standard.

JJC took on this old two bedroom cottage with the clients ideas firmly in our minds ,we transferred this old looking out dated cottage to a new looking modern hip two bedroom cottage with a stylish new mezzanine area constructed to allow for extra storage in this home. Our goal in all our projects be it renovations / restorations / attic conversions new builds is to strive above and beyond for our clients needs
